About the Role
We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants across the Gloucestershire region. Whether you are looking to build upon your existing experience or take your career to the next level, we have opportunities that can meet your needs. Our roles offer flexibility to suit your lifestyle:

Role Requirements
The schools we work with are seeking adaptable, skilled, and compassionate professionals who can contribute to their pupils’ success. To excel in these roles, you should have:
- Experience working with children and/or with SEN, SEMH, or complex needs
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals
- Patience and empathy to provide a safe, nurturing environment
- Behaviour management experience to address challenges effectively
- The ability to adapt to varied settings and student needs

We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools. LTT was founded with the aim of creating a genuine, transparent and straightforward service to help candidates secure their next role.
