What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the emotional, physical, and educational development of pupils, including those with special needs
- Participating in planning, delivering, and monitoring individual education plan targets
- Assisting teachers in maintaining a productive learning environment and implementing behavior management plans
- Providing tailored support to pupils with communication, interaction, and learning difficulties
- Undertaking midday supervisory duties, ensuring pupil safety and promoting positive playground behavior

- Comfortable working with children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
- Skilled in building effective relationships with pupils to help them achieve their learning targets
- Capable of assisting with individual and group learning activities, as well as classroom organization
