We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to become an integral part of this passionate team.
Your Role:
- As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with dedicated educators to help bring the curriculum to life.
- You’ll support the delivery of engaging learning experiences that break down barriers and unlock each learner’s unique potential. This includes:
- Assisting in the implementation of planned lessons and adapting activities based on pupils’ needs and responses.
- Providing individual and small group support to promote academic progress and emotional well-being.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant qualifications are advantageous
