Long Term Teachers is on the hunt for an experienced teaching assistant or someone with a wealth of experience within child care to join our team and support pupils with their learning across Secondary schools in Bristol and the surrounding areas.
Bristol 1 to 1 and small group support UK based experience working with children is essential £100 – £110 per day In this role you will be supporting students in overcoming their Social, Emotional and Mental Health and SEN challenges.
You will support students in lessons, helping them manage their emotions, and encourage them to stay on track with their learning.
Your in class learning support will be an essential part of a student\’s academic journeys therefore consistency, care and dedication to helping young people should be your main priorities.
Your compassion, empathy and patience will be your biggest strengths within this role.
Leaning into a soft and understanding yet confident approach will be necessary.
We need somebody who is not fazed by a challenge.
