A fantastic special school based in Cheltenham is looking for a number of SEND Learning Support Workers to support their lovely students. The school supports students aged from Early Years to KS3, who have a range of special needs including SLD, ASD, SEMH & Complex Needs.

The role will involve a lot of 1-1 work and general classroom support. The school is incredibly proud of the work they do and puts their students' needs at the heart of everything they do.

You will be expected to:

  • Have experience working with special needs & disabilities
  • Support the class teacher in all aspects of classroom support
  • Always be proactive and get involved in all aspects of school life
  • Work well as part of a team
