We\βre working closely with a brilliant special school on the outskirts of Bath that are looking for an SEMH Cover Teacher to cover a Year 4 class of SEMH students. The role is flexible in terms of longevity, so whether you\βre looking for short-term or long-term β they should be able to accommodate you.
Having placed a number of candidates in the school over the years, I can confidently say how tight knit and welcoming a team they are.
The role
The school are looking for someone to lead the class in pre-planned cover where you will be ably supported by 2 TA\βs who have been in the class long-term. It is essential that you feel confident in classroom management and have some experience of working with SEMH or ASD students.
Ideally the successful candidate would hold a QTS but they are open to applications from unqualified teachers that have the right experience.
