The role of Teaching Assistant (TA) is varied, providing general classroom support as well as 1-1 support. The school focuses on education while also providing an individualised approach to their students. Staff happiness is a priority for the headteacher.
Due to the needs of the students, candidates must be accustomed to dealing with challenging behaviour, possess a positive attitude, and have a desire to work with SEMH students.
