Supply Teacher North Somerset Day to Day, Short-Term and Long-Term Primary (4-11)

Here at Long-Term Teachers, we work closely with Primary Schools in the North Somerset area who are always seeking Supply Teachers to support them on a day to day, short-term or long-term basis. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and knowledgeable teachers who can support these schools with delivering exceptional lessons to encourage pupils to explore their own learning. This role is perfect for those looking to maintain a healthy work-life balance or those with other commitments outside of work.

The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across schools in your local area, within year groups you enjoy; EYFS, KS1 and KS2. We welcome teachers from all levels of experience; if you are a newly qualified teacher or have gained years of experience, please get in touch. You will be expected to:

  • Work collaboratively with the school to deliver lessons to their expectations.
  • Be flexible about which year groups you will be teaching in.
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons set by the Class Teacher.
  • Provide feedback and assessment at the end of the day.
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and policies.
