We work closely with a fantastic special school based in South Bristol that have a last minute vacancy for a PMLD teacher to join the team from September. The school support a wide range of special needs & disabilities from ages 4- 16.

We have worked closely with the school over the last year having placed various members of staff in short-term but also permanent positions.

The role

The school are needing someone with PMLD experience who can lead PMLD classes across KS3&4. Due to the last minute nature of the vacancy the school are open to a range of applications . So whether you\’re an experienced teacher looking for a short-term position or an ECT wanting a permanent position – the school are able to look at any application!

What is essential in terms of experience is that you have worked with PMLD students before and have a passion for working with PMLD. You will lead a variety of different classes across KS3 & 4 and will ideally be prepping these lessons yourself.

Working with Long-term Teachers:
