A school in Plymouth is looking for an SEND LSA to start as soon as possible on a permanent contract, term time only role. Pay rate is £21,000 - £24,000 per year.
We’re currently seeking a committed SEND Learning Support Assistant to join us on a permanent basis as soon as possible. This role is focused on supporting equal access to education for learners with diagnosed special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Under the guidance of the SENCO and classroom teacher, you will work one-to-one or in small groups, offering hands-on support to help learners fully engage with all elements of their programme at ETF.
You’ll also play an active role in delivering and tracking progress against each learner’s Individual Learning Plan (ILP), while helping them to develop essential life skills alongside their academic goals.
