The school has top facilities and a beautiful building, making it a comfortable and inspiring environment for students and staff. The new leadership has put a large emphasis on improvement, resulting in significant progress in behaviour and exam results this year.

As a PE teacher, you will support and teach pupils a range of subjects including health and physical education and a wide range of sports, up to GCSE level. The school places great importance on engagement in physical education and the transferable values and skills that participation in sports can bring beyond school years.

Planning and marking will not be a part of this role, but the ability to build rapport with teenagers and establish authority without being heavy-handed will be necessary.
