At Long-Term Teachers, we’re seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our network of schools in Gloucester and Cheltenham. Whether you’re an ECT or an experienced Qualified Teacher, this is your chance to inspire young minds while developing your career in a supportive environment.

About the Role

We partner with a range of vibrant primary schools looking for reliable and adaptable teachers to work on both supply and long-term contracts. Roles are available across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. If you’re committed to delivering high-quality teaching and making a difference to pupils’ learning journeys, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re Looking For Teachers Who Are:

  • Qualified with QTS / ECT
  • Flexible and adaptable in approach
  • Skilled at building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Confident in delivering the Primary Curriculum
  • Compassionate, patient, and supportive to all learners
  • Experienced in creating engaging lessons and adapting activities to meet diverse learning needs
  • Able to maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment

Working with Long-term Teachers:

We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools. LTT was founded with the aim of creating a genuine, transparent and straightforward service to help candidates secure their next role. Your dedicated consultant will invest time to understand your experience, skill-set and what your ideal role looks like.
