A welcoming and vibrant primary school near Liskeard is seeking a Part-Time Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team on a fixed-term basis, working two days per week in a mixed Year 5/6 class. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive environment, working alongside a highly experienced job-share partner who also serves as the school's Assistant Headteacher.
About the Role:
- Teach a mixed Year 5/6 class as part of a collaborative job-share arrangement
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning aligned with school values and KS2 curriculum
- Contribute to the wider life of the school community
- 2 days per week (0.4 FTE) β flexible days may be considered for the right candidate
- Start date: As soon as available
Desirable (but not essential) Experience:
- Experience preparing pupils for Year 6 SATs and transition to secondary
- Previous work in a mixed-age classroom
- Subject leadership experience
