A fantastic school we support is seeking to appoint a dedicated, passionate and empathetic learning support assistant to join their close-knit team. This role is bases in a year 1 classroom and there will be 1:1 support aspects to the role. This role is offering full time hours on a permannat basis. If you are an expericee and proactive SEN Teachong Assistant then we want to hear from you!
About the role:

Supporting the classroom teacher in managing the class and supporting students in focusing and engaging in their learning

You may be asked to work across their other sites and outreach centres

Get the classroom ready for lessons

Supervise group activities or work with students on a 1:1 basis, depending on need

Provide a healthy and safe learning environment for children

Experience working with children with special educational needs

Strong knowledge and understanding of strategies to support young people with both their studies and wellbeing
