Are you a flexible and compassionate individual with a passion for helping children thrive? We are looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and forward-thinking team. If you are caring, adaptable, and want to build a career in SEND, this is an excellent opportunity.
A SEND LSA supports pupils with additional needs such as autism, communication difficulties, or moderate learning difficulties. You’ll usually work 1:1 or in small groups, helping pupils access lessons and making sure they don’t get left behind. Sometimes this means breaking work down into smaller steps, using visual aids, or giving extra explanations. Other times it means helping with daily routines, building confidence, or managing transitions between activities.
