The Role:

My mainstream client, based a short commute from Cirencester, is actively seeking a passionate and motivational History Teacher to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will have excellent organisation and communication skills. The role includes full planning and marking responsibilities, delivering engaging lessons to students across Key Stages 3 to 5. Additionally, you will have full classroom teaching responsibilities, including setting homework and taking attendance. You will play a key role in guiding students of various ages and academic abilities through an increasingly popular subject.

The Humanities department is well resourced, and you will be working alongside passionate and knowledgeable subject specialists. This position is ideal for experienced History teachers and ECTs beginning their careers in education. The salary ranges from £31,650 to £49,084 per annum, depending on experience.
