The role is a fantastic opportunity for any teaching assistant or learning support assistant looking for a step up in schools in Chippenham. If you have experience working within a secondary school and are seeking an increase in pay and career progression, becoming a HLTA is the perfect opportunity. The role will entail collaborating with class teachers and other learning support staff to deliver elements of learning to students on a one-to-one, small group, or class basis, under the instruction/guidance of a teacher/line manager to support pupils.
