Full-time SEND Teaching Assistants

We work closely with a fantastic special school in South Bristol that are looking for new Full-time SEND Teaching Assistants to join the school from September. We have worked closely with this school over the last year, having placed a number of candidates across the school in part-time & full-time/permanent capacities.
The school look after a wide range of special needs & disabilities which will often be complex needs so experience in this area is essential.
The role
As there are a few gaps at the school currently, which class you will be supporting in is not set in stone, so will very much depend on your experience and where you best fit!
The role will mostly be providing general classroom support as well as 1-1 support where required. The classroom teachers look to their TA\’s for any additional support, consistency and proactiveness – proactiveness is the most important trait they require in a special school.
