Have you recently completed your PGCE or obtained QTS and are looking to gain more classroom experience? Not quite ready to commit to a permanent role, or want the flexibility to explore different schools across Gloucestershire? We’re working in partnership with a number of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Gloucestershire, who are regularly looking for Early Career Teachers to support with supply cover, training days, and PPA.

Whether you want to build confidence, try out different year groups, or gain experience across diverse school settings – this is the perfect opportunity to ease into your teaching career with support every step of the way.

Opportunities Available In:

  • EYFS, KS1, KS2 classrooms
  • PPA cover and intervention-based teaching
  • Short-term and long-term supply work
  • Schools across Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Tewkesbury, Cirencester and the Forest of Dean

We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified teachers (QTS/QTLS)
  • Strong behaviour management and a calm classroom presence
  • Reflective practitioners with a passion for child development

Working with Long-term Teachers: We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools. LTT was founded with the aim of creating a genuine, transparent and straightforward service to help candidates secure their next role.
