Here at Long-Term Teachers, we work with a number of Primary Schools in the Weston and North Somerset area who are looking for Teachers to join their teams on a long-term basis from September.
There are opportunities for you to work in a variety of schools, from small village schools to large three form entry schools. We cover classes from Reception through to Year 6.
The Role
We are looking for teachers who have strong behaviour management skills and are passionate about teaching. Here at Long-Term Teachers, we are ready to assist an early careers teacher to gain vital experience and build on their confidence.
There are opportunities for you to work Part-Time or Full-Time, throughout EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
- Have positive behaviour management techniques.
- Communicate clearly with staff members.
- Work closely with the class Teaching Assistants to support individual children.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.
- Hold high expectations of the pupils\’ achievements.
- Have a creative mindset when planning lessons.
