A Secondary School in Wiltshire is looking for a Cover Manager to join their team and start their full time role in Term 3, January. This school has a long standing reputation for good student behaviour and an excellent teaching staff. In this role you will be the main point of contact for supplying cover for classes and managing other Cover staff daily. This role is ideal for a seasoned teacher, able to quickly build rapport with students and establish authority without being heavy handed. This role will not require planning and marking of student work.
