What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a qualified teacher who has:

  • Experience leading curriculum development or department-level initiatives
  • A proven background in SEN education
  • The ability to lead by example, support colleagues and inspire progress
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (you’ll work across sites and local outreach locations)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on curriculum design and implementation, working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team

  • Champion a holistic, individualised approach to learning that supports long-term outcomes for every student
