What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a qualified teacher who has:
- Experience leading curriculum development or department-level initiatives
- A proven background in SEN education
- The ability to lead by example, support colleagues and inspire progress
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (you’ll work across sites and local outreach locations)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on curriculum design and implementation, working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team

- Champion a holistic, individualised approach to learning that supports long-term outcomes for every student
