Job Description
We are working with an inspiring and passionate secondary school in West Cornwall. The school is committed to providing world class education and helping individuals lead great lives. They strive to create a supportive an inclusive learning environment where their students can excel and grow.
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic cover supervisor to join the team as soon as possible. As a cover supervisor you will be providing effective supervision of classes, working to embed previous learning and keeping students to task in a focused, distraction and disruption free environment. Working under the guidance of teaching and other staff, you will be working within an agreed system of supervision and support.
You will be an integral part of ensuring the students continue to access world class education. The appropriate qualifications and training is required, however relevant experience and qualifications in a similar role are also desirable. The right candidate will have a genuine desire to make a positive impact in children's educational development and understand the importance of safeguarding and welfare of children, whilst possessing a positive attitude, compassion and empathy.
