I am looking for a Upper KS2 Teacher for a 2 form entry Primary School in the BS11 area of Bristol. This Primary School is passionate about making a difference and ensuring that all children leave their school with the knowledge, skills and confidence to lead successful lives. They pride themselves on their curriculum and learning environment as they are determined to make a positive contribution to the community.

The Role

This role is for someone who is looking for a flexible position where you will be teaching throughout KS2 classrooms. The Head Teacher is looking for someone who is flexible and happy to move around different classrooms, someone who can build strong relationships quickly and work in partnership with other teachers.

You will be expected to:

  • Hold great knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
  • Ability to adapt lessons on the spot to ensure all children are able to access their learning.
  • Create an engaging learning environment.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Assess children’s development and feedback to Class Teacher.
