The role:
- Identifying and recruiting Teachers & Support Staff
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Advertising roles and sourcing candidates through a variety of methods
- Screening CV's and conducting initial interviews
- Sales calls and meetings
- Providing support and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the process
