We’re working with a school in North Cornwall on the lookout for a dedicated Behaviour Manager to join their committed pastoral team. Responsibilities

  • Lead behaviour management initiatives and work to create a supportive environment for pupils.
  • Promote wellbeing and support young people to thrive within a positive pastoral framework.
  • Build trust, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a team that upholds high expectations and inclusion.
  • Manage situations calmly, fairly, and with empathy, guiding decisions with clarity and compassion.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with additional needs or challenging behaviour.
  • Confidence in working independently and within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of behavioural management strategies and targeted interventions.
  • Clear understanding of SEND and inclusion.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths – NVQ Level 2 or above preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is essential.

We are an independent agency working with nurseries, primary, secondary and special schools.
