What’s the Role About?
Unlike traditional recruitment, education recruitment is all about relationships. You'll be helping schools find the best teaching staff and supporting education professionals to find jobs they love.
You’ll be:
- Writing creative job adverts and marketing your candidates
- Building strong relationships with schools and teachers
- Negotiating pay rates and managing contracts
- Growing and nurturing your own candidate pool
- Driving new business and strengthening client partnerships
