At Long-term Teachers we work with a fantastic selection of special schools that surround Bridgwater. These schools are a mixture of SEMH & SEND (range of special needs & disabilities) schools.

We're working on a number of different TA roles within these schools so whether you're looking for full-time or part-time – we should be able to help!

In regards to experience, due to the needs of the students in these schools, it is vital that you have experience of SEND/SEMH in some capacity. To be a success in these schools you must be adaptable, patient, proactive and confident in dealing with challenging behaviour.
