You will be patient, supportive and enthusiastic, and able to use your creativity and initiative to provide accessible education content tailored to our students an work experience The Ideal applicant will have necessary skills to support developing independence and accessing the students local community and Support with PBS practice and understanding of complex behavioural needs and experience with individuals with complex learning disabilities , high needs , personal care and epilepsy You will also need to have the flexibility to travel across the community with students.
