The role involves teaching pre-planned physical education to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will need to assess the children's ability, aid their skill development, and encourage them to achieve their full capabilities. Leading lessons requires the ability to present skills and lessons clearly and efficiently. Although you do not need to be a qualified teacher, it is essential to have some experience working in schools or leading sport sessions.
