Here at Long-Term Teachers, we work with a number of Primary Schools across Bristol and South Gloucestershire that are seeking Teachers to join their teams from September. Whether you are looking for Full-Time or Part-Time work, across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, we can work with you to find the perfect opportunity for you.
The Role
As an ECT, you will have the opportunity to work with a member of staff within the school to be observed and gain feedback to continue your professional development. You will take on the responsibilities of the Class Teacher, planning engaging lessons, assessing children’s development and communicating clearly with parents. However, you will be doing this in a safe environment where you can explore and develop personally too.
You will be expected to:
- Be excited and passionate about starting your Teaching career.
- Be willing to learn and develop.
- Work closely with other members of staff to provide an engaging learning environment for the children.
- Follow policies closely and adapt to some curriculums.
- Have strong behaviour management techniques.
