As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment efforts by sourcing, vetting, and placing exceptional teaching professionals and education support staff. You’ll build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring both their needs are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining client engagement, understanding the schools and provisions needs whilst tailoring your recruitment solutions to match this.
  • Managing a smooth recruitment process for all candidates, sourcing, screening and interviewing, ensuring they feel comfortable and understood so the perfect role can be matched with them.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to lead to successful business development, expanding our client base and market presence.
