Long-Term Teachers are working closely with a wonderful Academy Trust with a number of Primary Schools in the Bristol area. This Trust is looking for Cover Teachers to work across all Primary Schools, to be consistent but flexible.

As a member of their staff you will be instrumental in promoting and providing outstanding standards of education and creating a stimulating and purposeful environment where pupils can explore the world around them.

The Role

From September, we are looking for Cover Supervisors, HLTAs or Qualified Teachers to work across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 covering in times of staff absence, or during times when they may need additional staff on site.

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to work on a flexible basis.

You will be expected to:

  • Have high expectations of children and of yourself

  • Have a passion for teaching

  • Have up-to-date knowledge of pedagogy and the curriculum

  • Hold strong behaviour management strategies.
