What’s the Role About?

Unlike traditional recruitment, education recruitment is all about relationships. You’ll be helping schools find the best teaching staff and supporting education professionals to find jobs they love.

  • Writing creative job adverts and marketing your candidates
  • Building strong relationships with schools and teachers
  • Negotiating pay rates and managing contracts
  • Growing and nurturing your own candidate pool
  • Driving new business and strengthening client partnerships
