What’s the Role?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll act as the vital link between schools and teaching professionals — making connections that change lives. Your role will include:

  • Building lasting relationships with teachers and school leaders
  • Winning new business through calls, meetings and campaigns
  • Managing and nurturing your own pool of candidates
  • Writing compelling job adverts and promoting candidates
  • Negotiating contracts, rates and placements
