About the role:

We are seeking dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to join our team, offering tailored support to students with a variety of needs. We have opportunities to support Primary school aged children, ranging from 3-11. This role involves working closely with students who have diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges. This position focuses on providing individualised support, enabling students to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. This is a term-time role with consistent hours, perfect for those looking to make a meaningful impact in education.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated one-to-one support tailored to the needs of individual students
  • Assist in planning and delivering lessons, as well as preparing resources
  • Support students’ social and emotional development, helping them stay motivated and engaged
