1to1 SEN Learning Support Assistant

We are working on behalf of an incredibly well respected special school in North Bristol/South Gloucestershire that are in need of a 1to1 SEN Learning Support Assistant. The school look after a wide range of special needs & disabilities for ages 4-16.

The school have operated successfully in the area for a number of years and are very proud of the team they have there. They are all united in their goal of providing a happy environment for these students to be in.

The role

This particular role is a 1-1 position where you will be supporting a young boy with complex ASD. The student is absolutely lovely but has fairly complex needs so requires someone supporting him inside and outside of the classroom. You will have a real opportunity to make a monumental difference in this child's life.

Due to the needs of the student it is imperative that you have worked with ASD before, preferably within an educational setting. This is a full-time position where you would preferably be able to start straight away.
