Experience working with children either in schools or drama or music lessons, tutoring, coaching or summer camps is required.

What we are looking for:

  • A confident character who believes they are capable of delivering excellent pre-planned drama lessons to a variety of age groups.
  • An experienced TA or HLTA that feels ready for a step up, comfortable with behaviour management and engaging children.
  • An aspiring teacher who works with children currently and wants a chance to develop and learn.
  • A resilient and confident individual.

The role:

  • Supervising pupils and carrying out pre-prepared drama exercises and activities.
  • Good communication skills, highly flexible, and enjoyment in working with children.
  • Taking the register and ensuring all students are listening and engaged with their learning.
  • Ensuring all the pre-set work and learning is completed.
