We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and vibrant individuals to place in fantastic roles ranging from all over South West and Worcestershire. I am currently looking for an SEN teaching assistant, who is highly experienced with SEN requirements or has had enough experience in 1:1 roles and feels comfortable supporting pupils with some behavioural or complex needs.
Role requirements:
- Experience with SEND roles or capable in pastoral care.
- Working with a pupil that is non-verbal and has complex behavioural needs.
- Full-time role requiring confidence and great knowledge in this area of expertise.
- Experience in SEN/SEMH and/or pastoral care.
- Knowledge of behavioural management and any other additional SEN/SEMH requirements.
