The role:
A fantastic opportunity for any teaching assistant or learning support assistant looking for a step up within a ‘Good’ Ofsted rated school in Trowbridge. If you have had experience working with secondary or sixth form students and you are wanting an increase in pay and to progress your career, becoming a HLTA is the perfect opportunity. The role will entail collaborating with class teachers and other learning support staff, and delivering pre-planned lessons to groups of SEN students.
