Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with Autism and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?
We’re looking for a caring, committed, and enthusiastic SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive and inclusive school community.
You’ll be working with small groups of students (aged 11-16) supporting their learning, personal development, and emotional wellbeing.
Every student has an EHCP, and your role will be vital in helping them achieve their individual goals through personalised, creative, and engaging learning experiences.

- Experienced in supporting young people with Autism and/or SEMH needs (school-based experience preferred).
- Able to build strong, positive relationships and show resilience, patience, and flexibility.
- Skilled at adapting learning to meet individual needs and interests.

- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience desirable.
