We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic learning support assistant to join the team. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working closely with passionate teachers, helping to adapt and bring the curriculum to life, breaking down barriers and unlocking every learner's potential. You'll take an active part in the dynamic organisation of class activities, lead engaging small group and individual 1:1 sessions, and help to create a vibrant learning environment where every learner can thrive, feel valued and achieve beyond expectations.
The appropriate qualifications are required; however, relevant experience in a similar role is desirable. An appreciation of the needs and support of others, such as working in care, would be transferable. The right candidate will possess a desire to assist in the learning and educational development of children. An understanding and commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children is vital.
