The Role: Are you an experienced member of support staff, looking to progress and take on classroom management? I am working with a local school who is excited to welcome previous Teaching Assistants or Learning Support Assistants, with the opportunity to provide cover lessons in a teacher's absence. The school is enthusiastic to learn about your adaptation and implementation of lesson plans, whether this was to support specific student needs or facilitate interventions.
