Do you have experience working with students who have additional needs? Do you enjoy working with small groups of students rather than 1:1? I am working with a mainstream school with a reputation for creating an excellent SEN provision within the school. Due to high numbers of SEN students, the school has created an SEN provision with a sensory room. The school has a unique approach where all of their SEN Learning Support Assistants work with multiple students throughout the day which provides a welcomed break for both staff and students.

The role will involve working as part of a small team where you will work with students closely to help support them access the curriculum in an environment which caters to their needs. The role is a fixed-term position until the end of the academic year. The ideal candidate will have experience with ASD and be able to display a kind and caring nature.
