Starting in October, this is an incredible opportunity to join a dedicated team and play a vital role in the educational journey of a child with special needs. A Primary School in the BS22 area of North Somerset is seeking a compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to significantly impact a pupil's learning and well-being, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. The pupil is in a Reception class and has ASD, so experience with similar needs is preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the emotional, physical, and learning needs of a pupil in a Reception class
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Foster positive relationships to help pupils achieve their learning goals
- Organize the learning environment and ensure adequate learning materials
- Assist with behaviour management programs and ensure pupil safety
