I am currently working closely with a Large 2 form entry Primary School in Weston-Super-Mare who are actively seeking Level 3 Qualified Early Years candidates to join their Nursery Team. This school has a huge sense of pride in their pupils and families, bringing a community feel to the school. From the age of 2, children can join the Nursery and develop all the way through to Year 6.
The Role
This is an opportunity for someone with a L3 qualification in EY. This school is offering opportunities for long-term positions, working Monday to Friday 8:30 to 3:30 or flexible working roles where you can choose when you would like to work.
You will be expected to:
- Provide a safe, inclusive and caring environment.
- Have a high level of experience working in a Nursery setting.
- Able to work in a team and individually.
- Use your initiative to plan on the spot with activities.
- Engage the children through their own creativity.
- Build strong relationships with children and families.
