Full-Time Experience teaching required. BS4 ASAP Start. Are you a Qualified or experienced Teacher? Are you looking for a role with no planning required? Here at Long-Term Teachers, we are currently working with a Primary School in the BS4 area of Bristol who are seeking a PPA Teacher to work 2 days a week. This school is a wonderful 2 form entry school with a dedicated team striving to provide an excellent education for their children. They work hard to ensure the attainment and progress of their children is the best it can be.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for a Qualified Teacher looking for part-time work without the responsibility of planning. The school is looking specifically for someone to cover the KS2 Classes for 2 days a week. You will be provided with pre-planned lessons, and you may need to use your initiative to adapt lessons to meet the children’s understanding.

You will be expected to:

  • Communicate clearly with the Class Teachers.
  • Have great knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons to the high expectations of the school.
  • Be approachable, calm and positive.
  • Hold great Behaviour Management strategies.
  • Mark lessons using the school's marking policy and provide feedback to the teacher.
