A special school in the Hereford area is looking for a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team with an immediate start. The school caters to a wide range of special needs and disabilities, including SLD, MLD, Complex Needs, and ASD.

The role requires individuals who are versatile, patient, proactive, and confident in working with SEND. The TA will provide support to the class teacher as needed. The vacancy is currently within a KS1 class of Complex Needs students, but this may change depending on the applicant's experience. Experience working with SEND is essential, as the school needs someone who can hit the ground running.
