We are working on behalf of a specialist setting that looks after students aged 16-25 with special needs and disabilities. They are looking for a curriculum manager to join their growing team in Gloucester on a long-term basis. The setting is part of a well-respected trust that is looking to grow within Gloucestershire, making it an exciting time to join them.

The role:

They are looking for a confident manager who has experience in supporting students with a learning disability and/or mental health needs in education. You will be working as part of the management team to develop individualised, creative curriculums. You will be leading and managing a team of Learning Mentors and Learning Tutors. Ideally, you would hold a QTS, but it is not essential. Experience working with SEN is a must!
