The role is for a well-established secondary school in North Bristol looking for a French teacher to join their supportive team ASAP. The position is full time, suitable for ECTs wanting to complete their qualifications and achieve QTS, as well as for experienced qualified teachers. Currently, the position is until the end of Easter, but if it is a good fit for both the candidate and the school, there is potential for extension into a permanent role.
The role will involve:
- Ensuring all children are engaged and on task
- Excellent behaviour management in and out of the classroom
- Teaching French to all key stages
- Marking and planning
- Working with long-term teachers
